I find a DMX Decoder Chip in Onumen website:

Does this chip could help us build more simple RGB pixels?

I hate to dissaspoint you, but that chip does'nt exisit. It never did and it almost certainly wont. Its nothing more than brochureware on their website.

I can fill you in on the details; but its pretty boring. It was nothing more than "fishing" on their behalf to see if there was anyone that wanted to buy one. IN china in is quite common practice.
