DMX2-18 setting up

the only options for dmx in xlights are basically floods and similar. How do you add a single line of lights that are run through this dmx2-18 card ?

I personally set my 2 wire lights up as a custom model with the 2 channels configured diagonally adjacent to each other so that they have vertical and horizontal separation. That way when you are doing horizontal or vertical effects 1 half will turn on before the other.

In my case it's 8 strings. I just use a single dot per string. My lights are each strings of 500 led icicles. If you wanted to make it more representative you could add duplicate numbers for each string. Like multiple 495's, 496's etc in my case.

I just used the custom model option in xlights. In my case I have some weird numbering as the icicles are across 2 controllers and span 60m of fenceline.
