[/size]I know strips are generally 33mm apart,but being 12mm in size would the ones I've listed be ok at an increased distance?

Those are "almost always" 100 mm (10 cm's) between nodes.

Unless you specify otherwise in your order of course. I find that they are nice to work with, since you can shorten it without too much problem by tiewrapping each node to conduit at 5 cm's distance between nodes for arches for instance.

I would avoid ordering these as they are IP166 rated which means they most probably will have issues with allowing water to get. Look for IP68 ones which are generally resin filled and are of the same price but they dont have the same water ingress issues.
