Hi guys, whats the best way to draw a mini tree in LSP visualiser.
I've built a 9 channel mini tree. 3 strings of Ray's RGB dumb strings.
I've tried a heap of different ways but cant get it right..
Channel 1 - string 1 Red
Channel 2 - string 1 Green
Channel 3 - string 1 Blue
Channel 4 - string 2 Red
Channel 5 - string 2 green

and so on.

Are these RGB mini trees or are these individual coloured strings for the mini trees.

For me i just create them as an individual element/controller for each tree.

But a bit more info on your mini tree setup and what your wanting to do may help

Hi Ed, I've drawn up a mock image. see attached.
Basically I've built 3 separate strings with Rays Dumb RGB strings.
I just cant work out how to draw it in the visualiser?
I have built these so I can control each of the 3 strings in either Red, Green or Blue.
3 strings x 3 colours. so 9 channels.
I tried doing it with a tree matrix but the visualiser showed me red at the top of the string, green in the middle and blue at the bottom. where it should be 1 string can be R, G or B.
any ideas?

Draw a tree in the visualizer and then select to split up the drawing, then select the channel range for the 3 x RGB channels used for the tree. have multiple pixels per channel selected then set up the tree as 1RGB Channel x 3 strings being fed from the bottom and then your done.

You have 3 strips per RGB channel but dont worry that it only draws one strip per RGB channel instead of 3 because it will still work the same

make sure you dont use the z tree for this
