I seemed to have developed an issue with my D2.
I've been testing and up until today all has been good.
However, this morning, I'm not getting any output from port 1.
I can set Port 2 to Universe 1 and the prop runs fine. Connect it back to Port 1 and nothing.

The lights on the Cat5 port appear active.
I brought the board up in the UBL and even reflashed the device. Still nothing.

With the board out of the case I can see 2 onboard green LED's.
D00 is blinking
D01 is on solid.

Any additional troubshooting I can do? I have a DVM but I do not have a scope (pocket scope from HolidayCoro may be in my future...)

I appreciate any assistance or suggestions..

Bob -

without a scope of logic analyzer there is not much to try. You may have somehow popped the RS485 chips. There are two small SOIC chips soldered to the board. One for each port. Please ship it back for us to check out or borrow a scope or logic analyzer.

Ed,
Thank you for the reply.
I can buy a handheld DSO. May be a good troubleshooting investment anyway.

If I get one, is there trouble shooting info somewhere or can you tell me what to test?

I do have a freq counter, but I don't know if that would help.

I assume you are talking about U61 and U62?
