Hi All. Just thought I'd start a thread about my first time Halloween display.
Bought a few props from Costco a couple of months ago like a giant animated (flashing lights with soundtrack) pumpkin & gargoyle. have also bought a couple little things from Target too.

I got some free pallets from a mate and have knocked up a crate which I will animate a rattling lid using car door lock actuators via Arduino clone.

Shout out to David_AVD for a bit of inspo on some of these props, including these small 12v spotlights housed neatly inside 20mm conduit bends and using old candy cane spikes!

Currently working on some tombstones. Cut these 4 out of 1x XDS board from Bunnings.
Just used a jigsaw to cut the shapes and a Dremel to cut out the letters using a printed template.

In the process of roughing up the edges and adding cracks before painting to make them look old and weathered.

Stay tuned for more updates
