F-Prop questions

Hello,

Just doing some testing with the F-Prop device. I can make it do things with player mode on 100 lights per port but as soon as I add another 100 lights per channel I get nothing and the LED light behind the ports flashes once and then goes dark. Not seeing anything obvious in the error files. Ultimately Im trying to run 500 lights per port with power injection.

Well I have done some more testing. Got all 2x500 lights working on white and a Fx effect fire. But trying to use player mode rainbow and it just stops. The led light on f prop flickers then goes dark. If there are limits I can work around them.

Are you on the latest firmware.

If you send your files to support@pixelcontroller.com we will help you with them. Alternatively you can leave sd card in and check out fep.log to see if any errors are reported.
