Okay so I'd take a look pushing in those connections in that Phoenix connector a bit more.. https://share.cleanshot.com/7cB6rdj9 Looks like that ground could be a little loose.

Other than that, try a different port and then try a different pixel string and then finally try a different pigtail

Whilst I'm sure these are 'just for testing' when that board is fully loaded - https://share.cleanshot.com/C7xyy6CD these cables need to be replaced with some 10AWG ideally.

Oh hang on, this is a Falcon v5 with eFuses so I think you have to enable them on each port, can you load up the web UI and take a look at that.

yeah i have pushed in and there tight and cant come out , its ctill got the solder on the ends , this is sencond lot of pixels as i thought that was the issue i have a tester and thay work on that but nothing on this and when i put multimeter on the connections its showvine the 12.1 so power is going to them

as for the power coming in from power supply thats just temp as it took me a while to figure out there was a switch to turn the controller on and thought this was also a issue lol

this is a brand new controller from build a light show but cant go any futher with build untill even get the test working , ive got onthe web interface and activated the test and nothing , must be a fix somwhere im missing ?

In the web UI, have you configured any pixels counts on the ports yet?
It wont just test by plugging in pixels and hoping for the best if no configuration has been done.
