Falcon F16v3 won't boot after firmware upgrade

I followed the instructions to upgrade my firmware to a T. After updating, it says to remove the SD card and power off then on. I did that. All that is happening now is the OLED screen says "Bootloader V2" flashes over to "Booting controller...". All it does is repeat this and never getting past the step. The controller no longer boots. I even attempted factory reset.

Please help
 
Well, stoopid mistake. The issue was an SD card greater than 32GB. Even formatted at FAT32, the F16v3 doesn't read it correctly. It was a $25 mistake that I won't make again. With no stores open but convenience and grocery stores, I paid a premium for my sanity.
 
Yep! That is my OCD and ADHD kicking in. If I didn't get it resolved by trying it today, I would have just gotten more mad and frustrated all day long about it.
