Falcon PiCap + Raspberry P 3B + FPP not working

Hello,

I am trying to get my Picap to light up ws2811 node lights in test mode. The PiCap is connected to Raspberry Pi 3B+ and I have the Falcon FPP installed and running on it.

However, nothing lights up. The voltage is checked at 12.1v per multimeter, so I am pretty sure that the data line is the problem. How can I debug to figure out if its the Falcon PiCap that is not working or the FPP player is not sending anything (perhaps due to my configuration settings).

Yes - I enabled that and tried. Still no go

If PiCap does not work, any other controller that you recommend, that maybe currently in stock?
