Falcon V2 freezing/locking up

Hi All
What's the process of having one of my falcons repaired/looked at. Last year, the first 6 ports would freeze up after a couple of minutes. I changed power supplies, reconfigure, also reflashed the firmware, but issue continued. I was able to continue by just using ports 7 to 12 without a problem. Was hoping to get it looked at so I can use the whole board.

Hey Mate,

Firstly I'm no expert on these controllers but if you haven't tried I would change the first two SN74HCT573N IC's (Make sure they are the same on your model) they should be a straight swap, also they have a forum on pixelcontroller.com that you can try.
