Hi all,
A solid days work, a small crane, a bunch of riggers, a few meetings and the christmas tree at Fed Square is all up and running now.. Offical light up is on friday, but its running now, and won't be turned off.. ( day or night ).
I'll post some pictures/video later.
Been a really interesting project to organise, short notice and some troubles with information being accurate, so things got a little interesting yesterday, when we discovered the tree was'nt quite the same shape as the plans. Had to make it up on the fly a little bit.
Lastly, a big shout out to Tess aka Tuppet for taking a day off work to come and help rig the tree.. Her help was really apprecaited and helped us get it all fired up. Going to check out the tuppets show tonight, while i'm in Melbourne.
