Flat mega tree mounts

i saw a mount designed for the flat mega trees on a photo on one of the chirstmas facebook pages i am on

has oneone got these or know where i can find them
it looked like a flat it of plastic that had holes to allow it to gover the pixel holes in the flat mega tree, then it extended out and allowed for a pole to be installed


can anyone help ?
