Genius PRO 16 problem

I have a Genius pro 15 controller for about a year and decided to get it up and running. Everything went together fine. I hooked up a YPS RGBUV flood to it and was able to get it to light thru the onboard menu. After a few times it stopped working and now I cannot get any LED strings to light. I disconnected the power for 10 sec to reset the e-fuses but still have a problem. Did a little checking with a volt meter and found that there is 12VDC on the board but the Pixel connectors did not have any power.

On startup - All ports read 16.07 Amps. When I calibrated they went to zero. When testing with a string of leds, the power always stayed at zero

I am not sure if this is just a gripe or if you want help investigating? I ran Genius Pro 16s and 32s last year, the e fuses are definitely fiddly and I noticed the 2025 models no longer have them.

Anyway, you have to reset everything and calibrate with nothing connected to the ports. (Yes, this is a nuisance, but that's what it takes to get zero to be accurate.)
Then, there were always props that would not work unless you soft booted the controller... not hard boot, but soft boot... and it was never the things you'd expect... 200 pixels at close range, no issues, 50 pixels at 20-25 feet and you'd need the soft reboot trick, that was part of my show startup ritual each day. Also note that the e fuses on the Genius trip at 4A nearly instantly (as opposed to 5A, with small periods somewhat above that for regular fuses).

Make sure you are using the latest 2024 firmware, it is far from perfect but it's better than the others.
