Ahh just dumb receivers - and the chips are socketed!! Perfect!

I'd be replacing the one at the top of your image first - that's the RS422 receiver chip. Only a few dollars for a new one:

Alternatively, given it's just a dumb receiver, you can use the Hanson one, which is quite reasonably priced compared to the Smart falcon ones.

I replaced the receiver with a spare (that needed a bit of resoldering) and my fence line is up to full capacity again!
