I want to make a "spider victim" (cocoon) prop. Might try it with one of the cheap small skeletons I got from Woolies. I have some of that white wadding that I can possibly stretch out to cover it. Would be good to animate it - maybe just twitching a little.

David, on one of the other (Halloween) forums someone was thinking of having a giant spider on the roof, with a dangling spider victim.

Just an idea in my head (stolen from someone else) - Brain Transfer Lab

'Lab' with 2 chairs -
  • 1 with either an alien or an animal - makes alien sounds or grunts at start of 'experiment'
  • 1 for 'victim' to sit in - wired with a seat vibrating motor
  • caps with lights and wires for alien and victim
  • table with techo looking box, with switch to activate everything
  • Activate switch - caps light up, make buzzing noises, seat vibrates, maybe a bit of a fog burst (as if experiment might have gone wrong or a fuse blew)
  • at end of 'experiment' alien/animal talks in human voice
Problem is this is a very actor driven prop
