Have I broken my falcon 16v4? How do I hard reset?

Somehow put my falcon 16v4 in this sort of mode where it's not booting properly and the top left hand corner is flashing blue. THe screen is stuck on the falcon logo.

Unsure how I did this but I think it may have been something to do with plugging the pigtail connectors in while it was on?

Is it possible to hard reset?

Ok I have started the factory reset by holding down select while cycling the power and now it's stuck on "resetting 16 ports"
