Hi,
Have been lurking a while on the DIY Christmas Lights site. Hopped over to grab a copy of the must read 101 Display Basics.

Did my first show this year with an Arduino mega, 6 Sainsmart SSR and Vixen 3.1. No dimming just dumb LED's. Learnt a ton and most importantly did not burn down the house. Looking forward to next year.
 
Hi. Welcome to ACL. Burning the house down has a tendency to irritate the insurance company (also spouses). When you have a chance, check out the other ACL sections. And, there are more US ACL members that what one would think. Cheers.
