Hey all I'm Cameron. I'm very new to the whole Christmas light scene. I'm setting one up this year with around 300m of string lights a couple of static displays and half a dozen inflatables. If anyone ever has any tips and tricks they can teach me I'm very willing to learn. Thanks for your time

Welcome to ACL, lot of great info and help here. As far as tips and tricks the chat room can be a good source for just general information and help, as well as in the forum, no such thing as a stupid question here, so dont be afraid to join in and ask questions.

The first place to start is with the ACL 101 lighting manual as this will give you a general rundown of most things blinky and what some of your options are, so start there.

The members here are very helpful and friendly, so I hope you enjoy the forum and what it has to offer.

Lots of friendly people here that never treat any question as a dumb one.
Ask away in the forums or chat. You may be amazed at what you can learn quickly.
As already suggested several times download and read AusChristmasLighting 101 manual
Large amount of info with pictures and diagrams. Great way to learn.
