Plenty of helpful people around the forum and chat room to assist any time of day. Whilst we are based in AUS, there is a strong US presence here too, meaning you can get assistance during the right time of day!
If you're new to Christmas lighting we recommend starting by reading the 101 manual a couple of times to get your head around the terminology, then head into chat or join a weekly Zoom session to ask your questions.
