Hello- New here with a question

I have an outdoor tree, green lights white branches, that I use inside. Seemed to be working last year minus a small section. This year I can’t get it to light at all. I have tried replacing the fuses but that didn’t do it. So I was hoping someone might have some more suggestions on what to try. I don’t really want to get rid of it if I can fix it.
