I am new in the Christmas lights display. Cant work out what is a good pixel controller to use. Some advice will be greatly appreciated

Hanson Electronics rPi-28D+ or HE123Mk2, Falcon F16 or F48, Advatek Pixlite 16 or Pixlite 4, Kulp Lights K32 or K16.
What you are planning on doing with it governs whether you need a small or large controller.
