You can try http://www.highcountrylights.com/downloads/category/2-sequences.html Most sequences will be more than 16 channels but you can copy and paste what you want. Its much easier to use a sequence with more channels than one with less than you have. edit... Oops I just saw Ozaz linked High Country Lights as well

There isn't a whole lot of LOR sequences shared as it's no longer a hugely popular sequencer. There used to be a section on the LOR forum for shared sequences. Xlights has a vast quantity of sequences shared which can be accessed directly from within xlights and it has the ability to export to LOR format. If you're going to use LOR than grabbing the free xlights sequences and exporting as LOR will give access to far more sequences than any other option i expect.
