help 340 pixels one chanel

Hello im really new in Christmas lights this is my first controller I bought, I got a AlphaPix(tm) 16 V3 and it is supposed to support 340 pixels per channel when I test it with built-in Test Mode 340 lights OK but when try to test with xligths/nutcracker (ver 2016.51) (I try with different versions and is the same) first 170 pixels OK but after 170 pixels colors are inverted, normal order is red,green,blue in the first 170 after that, order change and is green,blue,red
is anything I can do to fix that?

Check the number of channels per universe set in xlights - it is probably set to 512 when it needs to be 510 (or the other way around)
