Help, in need of wizard!!!

I deleted my xlights files folders, controllers everything (i was trying to tidy up my files)
Now im two days in and no idea what ive done. I have re inputed my props all manually again, and what i think is the correct ontroller settings , then have redone my sequences because of the issues.

Everything was working perfectly before but now when I play a sequence it runs on my megatree etc for like 30 seconds spacks out and jumps to next sequence to repeat the same or just stops. All plays perfect on xlights.

Any help would be amazing

Can do remote login if it is helpful have looked at the error log files but its like interpreting hieroglyphics.

Zoom room? Yes that obviously makes sense now, wasn’t aware it would be such an issue to set it back up.

Zoom room is just outstanding! Bunch of legends. The issue was the controllers sending information back to themselves causing all the issues.
