HELP: Reset DMXREN8 IP address?

HELP! I have a DMXREN8 and forgot the IP address I set. Is there a way to reset it back to factory default?

Address Control:​

00xx – operation using the configured IP Address (defaults to 10.10.10.10)​

01xx – operation using 10.x.x.x where .x.x.x is printed on the label on the Ethernet Jack​

10xx – operation using 2.x.x.x where .x.x.x is printed on the label on the Ethernet Jack
11xx – operation using forced 10.10.10.10 IP Address
