I am from Orange in NSW and have always seen these displays online and finally biting the bullet!

Thanks, I have already been looking through it getting links for all of my gear.

Starting out with 2000 pixels and a Falcon F16V5. Now just investigating how to best use my pixels and what coro props I want to get.
 
Nice to meet you I'll have to make a special trip to bathurst to see your display once its up!
 
Man I have to say a this point I think im about 20-30 hours deep in terms of pushing pixels (thankfully i worked out mountain bike gloves save your thumb abit better) and sequencing but hopefully I will be able to get done by december 1st. I just need to make the final roof outlines, create some 3mm aluminimum mounts to go under my tiles and set the ports on my sequences and fingers crossed it goes off without a hitch. Super excited to see how it all turns out the wealth of knowledge on here is amazing and has helped me out so much scouring older posts.house outline.jpegcoro props.jpg
 
Looking good. Once it’s all up and running and you can sit back and enjoy the lights, it’s a rewarding feeling.

Fantastic effort! Just remember - you don't have to get _everything_ up by Dec 1.
The community will love what you do, and won't notice that "everything" isn't up.
I know I wanted to get all of my stuff going for Dec 1, but some things have been missed this year; they might make it up in a week or two's time.
Enjoy the fruits of your labour, it will look stunning.
 
Not everything of mine is out and working but I'm turning my lights on starting tonight and will just add more very day until it is done. It is a bit more rendering for sequences but it will get there! Plus it keeps people interested in what is happening every day.
