House outline - Mounting(adhesion?) to Render?

Hey everyone!

So first time doing this, and time to put plan to motion, however, one thing I wanted to clear up first.

I've seen @djgra79 's behind the scenes video and noticed he silicone zip tie mounts to his wall to allow fixing of the conduit which i think is great.

How does this method go with Render? Obviously I would like to avoid drilling any holes, and further hope that in removal that silicon will not discolour/damage the render?

I use ziptie mounts which I silicon to the render. It holds well and will actually take the render off with it, before just coming off.

So upon removal of the zip tie mount, it does damage the render?
