How would you set up the star?

    Ok I have a star - that has 8 legs of 15 pixels.


    How would you set it up in LSP - Each leg seperately, or....


    As a newbie, I thought I would ask the gurus :)

    binkle that is how I have set mine up. each line section of it is one controller so it has 12 controllers for it in lsp.

    Same here, my star had 8 legs so 8 controllers

    Setting up as each leg allows you to easily create timed effects on each arm. What you then do is create a layer called Star and then link those individual star elements together to group them into one layer so you can then treat it as one element/controller which then allows you to apply macros and transitions onto that star.
