I Have A Problem

So on Saturday I put up my very first RGB Christmas display, was feeling pretty proud of myself that I had accomplished a small goal for 2021. It's been 3 days and my problem is this - I'm all ready thinking about the 2022 Christmas display and putting together a list of new props, possible redesigns, a layout in xlights and a budget for the minister of finance to sign off on. What has happened to me - is this normal people?

I put up my display, then thought "hmm pixel icicles would be nice, add them to the next years list"

It's an expensive hobby, that's for sure.

Yep, normal, and if your not humming Christmas songs all year around your not sequencing enough.

Its the best time. Means you can get everything planned and get your orders in during the vendors quiet times, and not be stressing about getting stuff when november rolls around.

I finished the hardware side of things back in august and I’ve been planning next years since then. Gives me something to do with my spare time at work.

Definitely a virus. my first year 2400 pixels and thought it was great. also started planning the next year and ended up adding nearly 6000 more.
For some reason I have started planning what to add for next year!
