issue with ECG-P12R

I am having troubles with my ECG-P12R and I am not sure what happened or what to do.

One of my ports P03, is configured to universe 13. For some reason it stopped working. In my trouble shooting I tested my wiring and connections, by using lights from other areas. So, I know my electrical connections are good.

So, what I decided to do is reconfigure one of the other ports, to universe 13 and move the connector there. No such luck, no matter what I do, I can't get it to work.

I am not sure what I am missing, but does anyone have any ideas?

I assume that when you say the electrical connections are good, that you removed the lights from port P03 and plugged them into Port P02, for example, and they worked.

It almost sounds like a problem with the sequencing program setup rather than the P12 setup.
