does anyone know where the jumper settings should be?

no dmx output at all

1&2 = reset to factory defautls no passoword

what should they be at?

As per http://auschristmaslighting.com/forums/index.php?topic=2785.0 the dip switch is only used for resetting the unit back to it's default IP and password.

So more likely it's the configuration that's the issue. Perhaps post a screenshot of your configuration for others to compare to. I know I had a bunch of issues when I first started using my DR4 a couple years back - especially to get them working with the LOR DC controllers in DMX mode. From memory, the key thing I had to do was ensure the Keep Alive settings were set.

In my DR4 (which should be the same, but I can't guarantee that!), I have LIOP unchecked for all outputs, and the Keep Alive parameters are all Active checked, Start Zeros checked, 200ms interval, zero for both clear cnt, zero for total cnt, and 512 for initial univ size.
