Kulp k8-pb oled screen wont turn on

My brand new kulp k8-pb screen won't turn on. All of the controller fuses are on and pocket beagle lights are on. I also have to use a micro usb cord to power the pocket beagle.

power down and removed the OLED to inspect the pins, re seat if all ok and power back up. From a falcon user but those OLEd seem pretty universal.

This is my first year doing pixels, so I'm a complete noob. Unfortunately that didn't work. I think I might have to get a new screen.

maybe get in contact with OP to see how it was resolved? Should contact the supplier as well in case it's something simple that they're aware of and we're not? @dkulp

Have you formatted the SD card and put FFP on?
