Laser cutter for 10mm coro

I would like to create my own coro props. Is anyone using home laser cutters for this? I'm specifically looking for something that can cut 10mm white and black coro. I would love to get some recommendations and see close up photos of what you created and how cleanly you were able to cut 10mm coro.

coro is too melty to cut with a laser.

coro vendors use a cnc router.

I have done some 5mm coro props (normally double layer them after cutting) using 100w CO2 laser at work - it does work but the settings have a very small range that works well eg not catching on fire and also not remelting together. Router is the way to go really

I've heard PVC corflute is a not recommended to laser cut.
Due to fire combustion risk, and it producing chlorine smoke/gas. Causing corrosion to your machine.

Common polypropylene corflute melts very easily and is combustible.

but coro is polypropelene.
