This looks really interesting.. A way of dynamically mapping video onto 3d objects very quickly.

Wow! I came across this >>> https://lightform.com/?kid=F6TYR on ACL and signed up for it ... $200 off the lightform augmented reality box that sits on top of your projector. I have no idea what the final cost will be but I'd like to be given a chance to get it for $200 less than the final price ... so pls sign up. You don't have to follow it through, unless, of course, you would love one as well ... cut off time is Tuesday May 9th at 11:59PM PDT (UTC -7) and, as we have a day advantage ... why not :)

I know it says "any" projector but realistically would it need to be minimum lumens or other specs to be a whole house type projector? I guess if running in conjunction with lights it would need to be a bit more punchy too?
Then there's syncing with the lights too... HDMI output from Pi??

Found this thread through a search after seeing one of these in action today and wanted to share.
Basically we are using it for R&D at work to project light onto a block model that would eventually have led lighting around it.

One of my colleagues has since gone and purchased one for private use (black Friday sale is still running).
If you haven't seen how it's being used in practice now in 2020, check out this blog about Halloween
Amazing system - Looks like the sale is ending today (US time), LF2 AR projectors is US$899 shipped to Australia.
