Looking for Something similar to My T Brite Light

In the past l have used MY T Brite lights in some of display items. I have now got to a point where l need to replace some of the lights.
As the My T Brite light are no longer available l was wonder if anyone knows of anything similar product in size and shape that could be used as a replacement.
The holes in the displays have been designed to fit the diameter of the actual LED used in these lights which is 4-5mm

Maybe you have already tried this but if you post up what colours and how many you need someone might have some my t brite lights they don't need that they could sell you. One option anyway.
