LSP 2.5 setup not working

Hi,

I am trying to use the 2.5.4875.37645 version of LSP.


I have however after two days of installing and re-installing still not been able to get the program up and running. On trying to start a new sequence i get the following error message.
"Input string was not in the correct format."


Furthermore when I try to load a mp3 I get the following message.
"A problem occurred initializing the media
file: Please select a compatible audio file."


These two errors are preventing me from even testing the software.

I am running windows 8 and would really appreciate any help.

1. Sounds like you have a non english version of windows installed.
2. there are lots of posts on the LSP forum regarding the proper format for MP3 files. If need be I can look up teh specs for you.

Thanks a lot for the help.
Changed from English UK to English US and now everything works including mp3.
This had me totally confused but at least I can try and sequence and test the software now.
