Not really a big deal as I've been using autolyrics for sometime now without a problem although I was wondering about upping my game a little
is it possible to spilt a main voice and backing voice with this and is so how

one thought was to only give it text for each role at a time ?

Autolyrics will generate phonemes for any words it "hears". This can sometimes make a bit of a mess when there's main and backing vocals. The lyrics supplied are generally only lead vocals. I used autolyrics with a song that had a "round" which got a lot of the song done but there was a lot of copy and pasting to move the single line of phonemes to a second and third lyric track. After autolyrics does it's stuff I go back in and create a fixed up lyric track with each line of the song grouped. That actually makes it a bit easier to separate lead and backing etc. Autolyrics combines the entire lyrics into a single unbroken line. I spoke with the guy who did the coding for autolyrics about "respecting" the lines from what is submitted to the site but he said that it's not actually an easy process as things like lead and backup mean the detected lyrics often don't match the submitted ones.

yeah was kind of hoping there was an easy quick trick
I've edited the file in the passed only saving the version I wanted and repeated as needed
although like you'll know it takes a lot of editing and time
