Hi I was wondering if anyone can help with a mega tree issue I have. I’m sure it’s something simple I’m missing.

Basic info.
Falcon F16v4
1200 pixels
2 strings
12 strands

what’s happening is 1 side of the tree works fine, but the other side just will not play the game. Random pixels lit at different colours.

I have increased the strands in Xlights to 900 and connected strands on the other side to make sure no crossed cores or bad pixels etc, and they will all work fine. If I take output 3 from the left side and feed it to the right side, nothing is working, and if I take output 4 from the right side and plug it to the left side, the left side works fine.

Photos of the Config and setup below. Just cannot get the right side of the 12 strands to work.
Thanks in advance.
Brendan

If the controller output from the non-working side is able to light up the pixels on the working side when you swap it, this is probably a physical wiring problem. I think it could be an absent or inadequate negative reference between the controller output and the pixels on the non-working side. How is it all physically wired?

Thanks i13, it was a cable out to the prop was the fault. The cable points to points fine, and not crossed over, but maybe a problem in the back of a pigtail.

Will dissect it and find out what’s happening. Thank you very much for your help.
