Date: Sat 5th & Sun 6th of July 2025
Location: Sandringham College Theatre, Holloway Rd, Sandringham
Times: 9am-5.30 PM Sat, 9-3:30 Sunday
Cost: $50 per person (covers both days of lunches, drinks & snacks)
Payments: Via Paypal with the below link required prior to entry. Please note keep this on Family & Friends option as current set to default.
Please let us know your ACL & real name in the comments before sending, so we know who you are!
Dietary Requirements: Please make this known to us during your registration above, via a PM or in a post on this thread so we can ensure everyone is covered.
Presentations:
We have slowly been putting together the agenda – but still have space for some people to present. If you have a session you’d like to present – At any level from beginner to Expert – please get in touch. Additionally – we are going to try a “mini mini” presentation. You will have 3 minutes (timed) to present *1* thing. A cool prop you made. A neat trick in XLights. Some way to handle FM Transmitters better. Something that’s worth sharing, but not worth spending a long time on. If you would like to do one of these – please contact @thewanderingpine
One quick note -- all attendees under 18 years old will need to come with a parent/guardian.
