I use mixmeister 6 for all of my editing, mp3 conversions, and my dj work. Don't be fooled when reading the short description, it can do a lot. It has non destructive editing/cutting/pasting along with slow down, speed up, beat matching, and pitch change. I've used it so long that it's second nature to me, but it's pretty easy to learn.

I use mashup and find it quite easy. I am not musical at all so mashup seems to have the right amount of features for me but i haven't ever compared it to anything else. It isn't that expensive either, about $25.

I use Adobe Audition and Audacity. Audition is really easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone

I use Albelton Live 9, mainly for my mashups and remixing as well as originals. It's pretty full on being a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) so for editing Christmas songs it's way over the top. That said, I'm more than happy to offer my services to those who'd like songs mixed together.
For quick edits & recording my DJ mixes I use Adobe Audition.
