    Since I didn't get my blinky lights finished in time for Christmas this year, I decided to put Santa Claus together to hold down the fort until next year.

    It was a witch for Halloween but now it's serving a happier role!
    Matt, they say the camera adds 10 pounds but in Santa's case, it's really slimming. He does look bigger in person. :D

    Well even though Santa make look thin ... it is so much cooler than the virtual Santa I use
    That said .. your Santa would not survive in the weather in my area :(

    Well, I hadn't really thought of it that way, but now that you mention it, I guess he did.
    We all know (at least it's what our wives tell us) that behind every great man is an even greater woman!

    Simple but effective .. That's great
    I also like the use of chicken wire to hold the shape of clothing.
