Very impressed, that was a great effort, your sequencing was very well done, you used the different elements in your display to there best. Look forward to seeing what mastery you will come up with this year

Love the north poles. Any chance you can post some close ups of them during the day?

I agree I love those north poles, would love you to put a brief how to post with some close ups if you wouldnt mind.

Thanks for the comments.

When I get time I will slap together a little bit of documentation.

But for now, they are around 2m high.

They each have a Ren24 attached with 2 spare channels.
The lights are 1 metre lengths of normal incan rope light.
(only 240v in the display, If I use these again they will be converted to low Voltage)

I basically drilled 16mm holes all the way up the back of a 150mm PVC pipe.
The ropelight come out of one hole, around the pipe and in another hole a set distance further up the pole.
I have used small cable ties just to hold the lights even around the pole.

Controller boards are not inside but sit behind the pole in a water proof power board box from bunnings.
(I used these boxes for all my controllers, they were a little pricey, but performed very well.)

This may not make complete sense, but once I get some photos, you will see how simple it is.

cheers
