I've searched the forum and seems a few members are using the My-T-Brite branded lights, but couldn't find anyone with issues. A few strings of C6 are not functioning, does anyone know how to fault find or is it a case of throwing them away?

have you checked the power lead?? as in most cases I tested these on a multi metre and found them to be the issue. I just replaced them and all good

Yes I agree with yag, the only problem I had last Christmas was with a power lead, I replaced the lead and the lights worked fine.

Just email kelvin and let him know of your issue, I too have MyTBrite lights and kelvin was happy to assist where he could.

Yeah, checked lights with known working leads, but no luck. This lot I got second hand so wouldn't be comfortable going to My T Brites.
Thanks for responses

if you have a faulty set of lights and your just plugging new leads in your may be blowing the resistor in lead. i test mine with a multi metre
