Need help with mini trees in xlights

Hi Guys,

I need some help with mini trees. I seem to be unable to set them up correctly.

I set the starting position to bottom right which is the correct location when looking at them from the front but it just doesn't do the animation correctly.

I have wired them up from the right with the first row working their way up and the next row working its way down and so on for a total of 6 rows. But when i do an animation that is meant to start from the bottom and work its way up the rows that start at the bottom go up and the rows that start at the top go down.

Any idea how I should be setting these up?
