Need testing for TLS3001 Implementation

I have been working on getting an implementation of the TLS3001 protocol to work on ESP32 based ESPixelstick compatible platforms. If anyone has a few minutes to test this, you can get the image on the web flasher at https://espixelstickwebflasher.from-ct.com:5000/
