A very good job, congrats!
How did you attach the metal strips to the wooden frame?
I ended up incorporating a 'lip' around the interior edges on my matrix, but it makes the frame quite thick

my timber is 93mm wide and i made two cut's one is 3mm thick for the poly carbonate sheet and then i left a 15mm gap and cut a 4mm gap for the aluminium flat bar to fit into which is connected to the panels. it slides in and out fairly well.
. Here is a pic.

Looks great, where do you get the panels from?
I got my panels from Alliexpress . most of the othe guys get them from Lysonled if you get them from them make sure you get in contact with them as shipping is a killer through Alliexpress. they should be able to do better and faster shipping . my panels took two months to get here . also make sure you order spares as they will all come out of the same batch. don't forget to get the Colorlight card's as well at the same time.

Looking good Snowy,

(Speaking from my p5 indoor panels)
Just from my experience don't put perspex or a cover on them. In summer time I was watching the plastic front cover bubble and warp from the heat. Direct sunlight with the very condensed panels don't end to well.
I ended up having to put a hinged panel of ply wood and cover them in the day as my RPI temp was reaching 88*c which was in the shade behind the panels so who knows the actual temp of the front of the panels that were in direct sunlight

Thanks for the info. i brought plexiglass which is suppose to be uv rated specifically for ouutdoor signs? cost me two arms and legs . my panel will be under my veranda in the shade so it should be ok? and Tassie weather only gets to 30deg in summer HAHA. But i will keep an eye on it when i start the show.
