New table to compare Single Board computer used for running FPP

I made a comparison chart for the Beagle Bone and raspberry Pi computers that run FPP.

You can also suggest other rows to compare across the SBC's. I added the Arduino Uno R3 since I saw people building DIY projects and wanted to show how it is not possible to run FPP on a machine that is that lightweight.
