Answered Not all pixels lighting up

Hi i am currently working my first year using pixels. I have brought a falcon f16v3 and iv plugged my string of 100 lights in but only 98 lights light up. Even when I plug in a diffrent set into a diffrent port same thing happens. I'm guessing it's something iv done in the setup of the falcon but can't work out what iv done. If I plug another set into the 100 that set dosent light up at all so it goes to light 98 and stops
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Have a look on the controller configuration page. I think you have it set for 98 there.

Other idea is you have set like a candy cane or snow flake in xlights which is 98.

xLights should be able to do this for you when you upload your input/output configurations to the controller.
