Not recognizing Bank 2 w/12v

Running Firmware v1.4.8

Bank 1, 5v in and all outputs are working fine.

Bank 2, 12v and the Advatek Assistance says "Bank 2: Off". I've put a meter to the power supply, Bank 2, the connectors on the board and at the pigtails, all reads 11.xx. So it getting power. (Note, this is the same setup I ran for Halloween last year. I did switch to both sides running 5v for Christmas and everything worked last year)

I've rebooted the computer, I've unplugged the Pixlite 16 from all PS. I've even tested Bank 2 with the same 5v PS and it recognizes it.

What "simple" step am I forgetting to have Bank 2 recognize 12v??? Thanks in advance for any tips and suggestions!!
 
Hi Andy,

That is very odd. Firstly double-check the basics. Are you absolutely sure you are measuring 12V the right way around on the 9-16 outputs? Wiring the PSU in backwards to the input connector on bank 2 would cause the Assistant to show that bank as "Off".
 
Devo, that was IT!! And noe that I think about I had a "backwards" 5v PS from last year and those were the cords I had switched out. THANKS!!
